As we start praying for Asia, who will read/pray Psalm 67 while we all pray with you.
The volunteer reads/prays Psalm 67.
God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause His face to shine upon us; Selah. That Thy way may be known upon earth, Thy saving health among all nations. Let the people praise Thee, O God; let all the people praise Thee. O let the nations be glad and sing for joy; for Thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah. Let the people praise Thee, O God; let all the people praise Thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.
End by all saying "Amen" at the end.
Now let each person pray for one country at a time until we've prayed for twelve Asian countries. Pray by locating the ruler, the country and mentioning the politics and prayer. I will begin. "Lord, help the people of ______(name country) and the head ruler _____(name ruler), that they may be saved. That they would lead quiet and peaceable lives in all Godliness and honesty. (Asia Map/Leaders/Countries)
Praying for each country should only take about a minute, so don't embellish beyond what is printed. Further prayers may be prayed through the week. Put the date that you prayed for these twelve countries so you'll know where to start later.
The Key to the missionary problem is prayer - Oswald Chambers.
Go around each praying for one country at a time. (until twelve are prayed for putting date by each)
To view countries to pray for please view the Resources section.
We are told to remember those in bonds and afflictions. I'll read Hebrews 13:3 and someone please pray.
Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
The volunteer voices the prayer for those in prison and afflictions.
